A Holistic Approach to Health and Well-being
My focus is on health and wellness through relaxation, mindfulness, and movement practices, with specialities in stress management, Pilates, Yoga, and Yin Yoga. For me, the body and mind are interconnected, forming a unified whole. I believe in the principle that a healthy body nurtures a healthy mind—and vice versa. That’s why my sessions are designed to engage both physical and mental dimensions, bringing relaxation and mindfulness together.
I strive to see the whole person in my work, not only physical capabilities but also the daily challenges each individual faces. Everybody and every body is unique, with distinct needs and demands shaped by daily life. Acknowledging these differences, I combine techniques tailored to each individual, grounded in a holistic approach that builds upon each person’s strengths and circumstances.

After experiencing a period where my usual productivity strategies were no longer effective, I discovered FLOWN. This virtual co-working platform revitalised my work routine when I am on „desk“ jobs. Flown offers structured focus sessions, providing a supportive environment where we can work together, set clear goals, and maintain accountability.
I became active in the Flown community and host my own sessions that combine productivity with movement breaks – for that extra focus boost and stress relief. Whether you’re tackling a major project or managing daily tasks, joining my sessions can help you stay focused and achieve your objectives.

About Me
As an experienced mindfulness coach and yoga instructor, I have been committed to sharing the transformative power of movement and mindfulness for over 1o years. My background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and extensive experience in fitness, yoga, and mindfulness.
After experiencing burnout, I shifted my focus to mental well-being and now support others on their journey to a balanced and fulfilling life.
I also share my knowledge as a head teacher at Gayatri Yoga, Tenerife (Canary Island, Spain), where I train aspiring yoga teachers in a comprehensive YTT 200 program. My role in educating new instructors reflects my passion for teaching and my dedication to spreading the benefits of yoga to a new generation.
