Why Learn from Me?
I bring a unique blend of voice training, teaching experience, and mindfulness expertise into this workshop.
Voice & Presence: Before I became a yoga teacher, I worked as a news anchor and in PR—so I know what it takes to speak with clarity and calm, in front of a microphone or a huge audience, even when nerves kick in. I’ll share practical voice tips that go beyond typical yoga training and help you guide meditations with confidence.
Experienced Educator: As a teacher in a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT 200) at Gayatri Yoga in Tenerife, I regularly support new teachers in finding their voice and refining their teaching style. I know what questions come up—and how to create a space where you can grow and feel safe trying new things.
Certified in Mindfulness & Relaxation: I’m a certified instructor for stress management through mindfulness and relaxation techniques. With over 10 years of experience guiding yoga, meditation, and breath-based practices, I bring both depth and clarity to teaching inner calm.
