My Approach
I specialise in healthy exercising with a focus on relaxation and mindfulness training, stress management through mindfulness, Pilates, yoga and yin yoga. For me, body and mind form a unity. A healthy mind lives in a healthy body – and vice versa. In my classes, I therefore emphasise addressing both the physical and mental levels.
For me, it is important to see the whole person. This means not only the physical conditions, but also the challenges in everyday life. Every body is different, everyone has different requirements in their daily life. Seeing all of this, accepting it and building on it – with this holistic approach, I combine different techniques, tailored to the individual.
