At 30, I experienced my third burnout. Now, in my early 40s, I use my extensive experience as a trainer to guide others toward a smarter path to more ease and balance in everyday life.

I specialise in everything that nurtures both body and mind – from mindfulness and stress relief to back health, Pilates, and yoga.

 

I know exactly how stressful office life can be—I’ve been there myself and understand the feeling of exhaustion all too well. I spent several years working in communications and media, rushing through my days, spending endless hours in front of a computer, rarely taking breaks, and ultimately experiencing firsthand how chronic stress can take its toll. The result: burnout.

At some point, I realized things couldn’t continue that way. My desire for more balance in life led me back to my roots—sports/movement. I started rebuilding my work as a trainer—something I had already done alongside my sports science studies—and also discovered mindfulness for myself.

Through regular relaxation breaks and mindfulness training, I found my way back to a more relaxed, balanced life.

That’s why I’m passionate about helping you let go of daily tension and bring more ease into your life. With personalized programs that integrate both physical and mental techniques, I’ll support you in finding the balance you need.

My Qualifications

I hold a degree in Sports Science (B.A.) from the University of Rostock, Germany, and have been working as a trainer for over 10 years, specializing in Pilates, yoga, active breaks, and stress management through mindfulness.

I conduct stress management training, active breaks, and other courses for well-known companies in Germany, online and offline. Additionally, I am a yoga teacher trainer for Gayatri Yoga in Tenerife.
