About Me

I’ve been teaching movement and mindfulness for over 15 years – in fitness studios, corporate offices, in 1:1 sessions, and teacher trainings. After my third burnout, I rebuilt my path through mindful movement and now help others find their balance.

I believe in slow change, daily practice, and showing up with compassion for yourself and others.
